“Tampa” always was something special. From the first moment on, after her birth, I knew she stays. And so it happened. Always healthy, funny and playful she was. Three balls she had to play with simultaneously. Tampa without a ball in her mouth was not possible.

At shows, she was a personality, who, with her wonderful expression and her beautiful movement knew how to impress almost every judge. With just 2 years of age she already became Worldwinner, Best in Show at the Beardedcollie Clubshow, Europe Winner FCI 2001 etc., etc.

Tampa not only was a super Beardie, charming and beautiful to see, but also as a breed bitch her high qualities were inherited by her children. She had 5 litters with 29 puppies, 9 of them became champions.

Since a couple of years, Tampa lived with our dear friend Karin Roozebeem-de Vries. Later on her daughter “Summer” also moved to Hoogerheide/NL.

About 10 days ago she had a cerebral infarction, from which she did not recover. Not even after all the good care she received. Today, December 19, 2012 she walked over the Rainbowbridge. Many tears have fallen since, but the amount of beautiful memories that we have had together with this amazing dog will always stay.
