A quiet weekend

We had our weekend off, but that doesn’t mean that there was nothing to do for the dogs. While Harry was home as General Manager, I was at the University of Gent (B) for a symposium about fertility, genetics, influences from outside etc., etc. Very interesting and informative.

Sunday a few Firstprizebears were successful on the road again.

Alberto and Cristina from Madrid went to the Int-Show of Pamplona/Spain. “Dillon” became Best of Breed under the Spanish judge Mr. A. Lladosa and with Mrs. Gabriela Ridarcikova he even won the Group. “Heidi Klum” became Best Bitch and James Dean Best Youth dog. Better is impossible.

Mrs Grammann-Hellwig from Gützow near Rostock was at the CAC Show of Kaltenkirchen/GER and hoped to repeat her victory from 2009 when she became Best in Show. Unfortunately Holly “only” got the best bitch, but the BOB winner  is half a Firstprizebears (Ramgrove Prime Time from Denmark). The Puppy male from Mrs. Hellwig, “Desire on fun Charlie Chaplin” by Ch. Fristprizebears Enfield and Ch. Firstprizebears Greenwill, became Best Puppy.

All were satisfied.
