Show News in June

On the last day in the month of May, a Show was held in Neumünster/GER. This Show has a very special place in my Show heart. On 28-05-1972, exactly at this Show in Neumünster, I have shown my Bobtail Bitch for the very first time. It was the beginning of a dreaming carreer as exhibitor.

Misses Hellwig had entered her Firstprizebears Lisa Marie in the Open Class at this Show and won this one. Her youngest male “Firstprizebears Navaho” occupied the 1st place in the Youngsters Class.

Israël: Ch. Firstprizebears Lorne Green became BEST In SHOW during the Multi-Breed Show of Mirmar Haemek. Breed Specialist was the Pole Mr. F. Katarzyna and the Best In Show was judged by the Australian Mr. Graham Kerr. Proud owner is Paz Davidovich.

From Slovenia we received news from Matjas. His “Firstprizebears Nicole Kidman” (Lasse x Helen Hunt) had been successfully shown 3 times in the Youth Class and has received the Title of “Slovenian Youth Champion”. At this Show, she twice became Best Of Breed. Unfortunately we haven’t received a picture yet.

Last Saturday, at the Int-Show in Oss/NL, Mrs. P. Runderkamp judged the Bearded Collies. The Vanbossches had, besides Floh the Bobtail, also entered Tobi. He became 2nd in the Champion Class and received the Res-CACIB and the Res-CAC. He now has 3 CAC’s in the Netherlands. Four are needed for the Title of Netherlands Champion. Hopefully Misses VanBossche is able to jump over her shadow after this dissapointment and will show this beautiful Boy once more in the Netherlands in the hope of winning the title 🙂

In Hungary, with the Makoi family to be exact, lives the litter sister to both of our Youth World Winners: Firsptrizebears  Nancy Sinatra. Recently she participated in two exhibitions in Hungary and received her last CAC, necessary for the Youth Title. Once with BOB and once with BOS and is, due to this, now Hongarian Youth Champion. It is the 5th dog from this litter, who makes an excellent figure at Shows.

The family Vanbossche gave themselves no break and where showing at the 2 day Show of Erfurt/GER. The first day the judging was in hands of Mrs. Martha Kips, from Luxemburg. Ch. Firstprizebears King Cole ended on the 3rd Place in the Champion Class.

The second day, the CACIB Show of Erfurt, the judge was Mr. Guy Kips from Luxemburg and Tobi (Ch. Firstprizebears King Cole) became Best Of Breed. In the Big Ring, the Irishman D. Harris, placed Tobi on the 2nd place.

What a successfull ending of the Month of June for our puppies.

On 28 juni 2015 Firstprizebears Nora Jones became BEST in SHOW in Vicenza/ITA. won the CAC and became Best Of Breed. The judge was Mrs. Orivetta Zilli/ITA. She also judged the Group. Best In Show was judged by the Italian Mr. Giuliano Biasiola. An enormous success for our young “Nora”.
