Liege/B., last Show for the Summerbreak

Liege/B is a permanent part on our yearly Show planner. There are almost always interesting judges and it is on only 45 minutes distance from us. For our two breeds there where two new judges. Mister Brankovic, from Serbia, for the OES and Mr. Nagel, from France, for the Bearded Collies. Reasons enough to participate with three dogs. That, of course, also brings a lot of work with it to wash and brush three dogs. But, no one forced me to do so. The weather was simply gorgeous, in fact to nice to be in a hall, but it was worth all of it. There was a change in judge. Not Mr. Nagel from  France judged, but Mr. John Wauben from the Netherlands judged the 8 entered Beardies. “Lasse” was 15 months and 1 day on this show, so just enough to start in the Intermediate Class. He won from his competitor. This victory was very important for me personally. In the male from Vicky van Tiggelen, who started in the Champions Class, he had to see his superior. It was “Ch. Diago Kiaora”, bred by our good friend Lenka Klimova. The parents are: Ch. Firstprizebears Commanche and Ch. Firstprizebears Abilene. Diago now is a Belgian Champion. “Lasse” (Lärkängens at Firsticebears) got the Res-CACIB, Res-CAC over his competitor males from the Champion and Open Class.

In the Open Class where 2 bitches and in the Champion Class Vick van Tiggelen started with her 24 months old “Ch. Firstprizebears Just Beat-it”. She got the CACIB, CAC and became Best Of Breed.
