Maastricht/NL, Leon/SP and Donna in the UK

For us it was good. Maastricht is almost around the corner, this meant short travel time. In spite of this, I was tired, because the day before “Himmlisch” gave birth and due to that I didn’t catch much sleep. Eef Martens was at 07.00 at the house together with her “Guffy”. And this is how the 2 of us went on our way to Maastricht. We also had “Doro” in our luggage.

Mr. D. Rutten judged the beardies for the second time and I wanted to know how he is/was. That what Mr. Rutten judged was 100% my taste. Although I would have switched BOB and BOS. Eef allowed me to show her beautiful “Guffy” (Clanyard Bay Mac Guffie). She is the extraordinary daughter of our Ch Firstprizebears Hitchkock and the brown sister of Enfield. Eef’s Firstprizebears Eureka. She was entered in the in Intermediate Class and with her 21 month still a teenager. However, Mr. Rutten was as touched by her beauty as I was. Guffy became Best Bitch with CACIB and CAC. We received many compliments from our opponents.

Vicky van Tiggelen had the day of her life as she won with her Quibo (Clan of Storks Just Quibo), a close relative to our bunch. With her Firstprizebears Just Beat It  she became 2nd in the Youth Class. Firstprizebears Jane Fonda, owned by Marieke van der Wouw, had adopted the “sleeping pill syndrome” from our very own Hitchkock and ran in first gear thru the ring. This was awarded by Mr. Rutten with a Very Good.

Misses Clan of Stork, our Marja Ojevaar-Eilers, was moved to tears when Quibo won the Group. However, a few tears where already seen as her Clan of Storks Jahtzee won the Youth Class. Only 10 months old and a beautiful career to go. What do you expect when you have GB-Ch. Firstprizebears Enfield as a father!

Firstprizebears Jacky O avec Snikkles is also a daughter of Enfield and she won the restly of 25 points for the Junior Warrant in the UK and is now for once and for all Crufts qualified.

Her brother, “Fristprizebears James Dean“, who lives with Alberto and Cristina in Spain, was successful in Leon/SP and became Best of Breed and 2^nd in the Group. Both are 14 month old and by our “Donna Summer”.
